The form collects: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), reason for contact and message. The enquiry language and an anonymised technical identifier (hash of IP and browser) are recorded for security and abuse prevention.
Purpose
The data is used solely to handle and reply to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing nor shared with third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given by checking the form box, and on the legitimate interest of replying to your request.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for no more than 24 months, unless a later relationship justifies keeping them.
Hosting
The site and its database are hosted on a private server (VPS). Form data is not shared with third-party external services.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification or erasure of your data, and withdraw your consent, by emailing rominanapadensky@gmail.com.
